Recently Completed Room Addition
Completed in March! A 400 sq ft room addition This room addition brought a cabana house and the main home together. It created a west wing of the home and a playroom for the family. See photos on the room additions page.
We have built a garage addition extension where the existing garage had been filled in with closets in the back. Now that we are finished there is enough room to park two cars inside...again. See photos on the room additions page.
Also completed this year
A renovation of a home including new windows, exterior doors, removing popcorn, new tile and fixtures in both baths, and tile flooring throughout the house.
Other than that, things are pretty slow!

Our contracts are very precise with nothing left out (other contractors will leave out items so they can add them on and charge too much for them later). Your draws are based on project benchmarks; (draw after concrete or framing) you will know exactly how much and when a payment is due (most contractors have an ambiguous draw schedule so they can get money any time they want). We will also provide plans and permit for your project. You have the option of finishing your project yourself from any stage to save you money.
